Well, that's basically the situation Kyle walked into at DC. Only Chris Samuels retired, not signed elsewhere. And it was Santana Moss, not Gordon.

I disagree. The Browns are not in bad shape. They can get a QB in the draft. Also Hoyer played pretty well while he was on the field.
