We could fill Fletcher's spot by trading Cousins to:
Arizona for Daryl Washington or Jasper Brinkley (Dansby is a FA but is old and perhaps expensive) or Oakland for Nick Roach or Jacksonville for Paul Posluszny

I wouldn't want a player on the roster who isn't striving to be the best at his position. If he really does become a problem, trade him to a horrible team like Jax and let him get what he wanted.
