A man walks up to God and says "Oh God, I am but a piteous soul seeking to understand your wisdom. Please help me understand, how long is a second to you?" God replies "An infinite number eons, so long as to be beyond your reckoning." The man says "God, poor soul that I am, help me understand your wisdom, how much is a penny in your reckoning?" God replies "A sum of riches so vast as to be beyond the sum of all the sand particles on all the beaches on Earth." The mans falls to his knees and asks "Oh God, can you please spare a penny for a poor, helpless creature a penny?"

Jesus appeared to a man in a vision and, because the man had been a good Christian, Jesus granted him a wish. The man wished for a road bridge between California and Hawaii to make it cheaper to get to Hawaii for golf vacations. Jesus said, "Bridging all of those miles of open ocean? That's nearly impossible even for me! Please ask for something different." The man then asked, "I want to understand women: why they laugh, why they cry, why they do the things that they do and why they think the way that they do." Jesus replied, "Will that be two lanes or four?"
