I've seen it mentioned many times by different sports pundits that all but Trent Williams will be replaced.

I get what your are saying, but replacing so many positions on the team at once, this is a new regime; it is like rebuilding. Dont want to max any position out, kinda want to feel out the new team before i say we must have this one guy at all cost.

I think at least 7 new starters. Maybe 8 depending on what the hell we do with the Oline and if we promote from within (Gettis, City of, McRib). Also think we could add a second TE who would be like a new starter the way Gruden uses 2 TE sets.

I'll be a little surprised if we spend money on an interior lineman. Probably promote from within/address in the draft. Maybe something like move Lichtenstieger to C, plug in LeRib at one guard and competition between Gettis and a draft pick for the other starting spot.

I think we should sign Schwartz at right guard then let LeRib and Gettis compete for LG. move lichtenstieger to C.
