Wonder if the Redskins would be expected to make up the spending they couldn't during the implementation of the $36M penalty. They refrained from signing a few players last year because of it. Would the league then ask them to catch up on the spending this year and next?

Wouldn't seem right if they did. But it's probably a non-issue. We're looking to spend anyway, we'll clear the team minimum. Especially once we sign Trent and Kerrigan after next season, and possibly RGIII.
