If we were a SB contender, maybe like New England or Seattle then that signing makes sense. But we're not there yet so no need to sign a 30 year old back up RB to several millions. Again, I try and get someone on the team that's had a year to gather himself, learn the ropes and come in and try and fill that roll, that doesn't make a lot of moeny....Chris Thompson.

You said yourself he would get 2 million, that is not several, Thats barely anything, and he isnt just a 30 year old backup

Whatever his price is he's going to want guaranteed money. Too many holes to fill on this team and a back up rb isn't one of them.
