In regards to Sproles. Let's remember, it takes two to tango in FA. Think of it from Sproles' perspective. Why would he come to a team that has a young, talented, 3 down type back on the roster and no real hope of winning the Super Bowl in the near future. If I'm Sproles I'm looking for a few things.

1) A competitive team. Get another SB ring.
2) A team that will showcase me in the offense.
3) A team that will pay me.

He could potentially get #3 here, but that's it. I think it would be a mistake for both sides if we went after Sproles. Save that cash and put it towards locking up players for the future. He's nice to have. We already have a pretty nice backfield. I like what I saw from Helu last year and Morris played great again.
