He started off good with the Saints, but last year he was pretty bad with the Raiders. Its possible it was more of a bad fit based on the scheme they ran. A change of scenery may do him good, but its somewhat of a crap shoot with those things.

On another note, Vince Wilfork is asking to be released by the Pats.

I'm sure he'll be looking for one last big contract. Otherwise I'd love to have him here. I wonder how is he health wise.
