Yes, but more recently he quit on the Titans. It was evident to many NFL observers that his efforts were substandard. I don't know what issues he may have had with the Titans coaching staff but I do know that we don't need somebody who will sulk and loaf because he's unhappy about something.
We all know he has talent but if we sign him I hope that the Skins management will cut him the instant he starts to become a problem.
