Read the picture in the Instagram photo. I think it is actually a little telling than looking at it as a guy turning down a low offer .

Yeah. The only thing that concerns me, if, Jackson signs is possible gang connections. Until he got cut from the Eagles I never heard that about him or any legal troubles.

That being said I find it unsettling a talented player getting cut in a non-contract year?
