So right now, on paper, this team is easily better than the atrocity we fielded last year. Now let's go to the draft and get a good RT and FS, then see where Gruden and Co. can take us.

As others have said, the core of our offense is quite young. As long as RG3 holds up his end of the bargain, we should have a great offense for a long time. Don't want to be the Cowboys though, and have a great offense but no defense.
