Re: Redskins Sign DeSean Jackson
I have a question for those worried about Desean Jackson coming back in a year wanting more money (Lotus, this is in your ballpark
![]() I know he has done that in the past, but it was with a different organization, and more to my question/point here, a different owner. One of my arguments why Snyder is a good owner, is he's willing to pay for the talent on his team. Yes he has relied on bad advisors in the past but if a coach and player both were on board with a player, seems like making the money part work isn't the issue. So my question/thought is - Is it fair to assume that a guy who always wanted money will have those same feelings from a Dan Snyder owned team? I know we aren't going to just restructure to make every player happy on a whim, but have we ever had a player who felt that he was treated badly by this organization? The examples of players feeling they were treated bad that would come to my mind were Clark, Arrington, Rogers. But every one of those was a case where a coach muddied the waters or like in Rogers case went out of his way to make Rogers miserable (imo) |
