Would you do the following deal with Cleveland?

When it's time for Cleveland to pick at 1/26, if there are still one or two players that the Skins grade very highly available (for example, a player such as C.J. Mosley, Hasean Clinton-Dix, or Zach Martin), would you offer them our 2/3 pick and Cousins in order to move up and take the player we want? That would set Cousins' value at approximately 3/25.

Edit: I erroneously typed that we'd trade our 3/2 pick in my original post. I meant to type that we would trade our 2/3 pick. My apologies to all.
