See if you reverse the 'o' and the 'r' and Trotz you get Tortz so at first glance I thought that the Caps had hired John Torterella who was one of the last guys I wanted to be named head coach. Seems like a solid hire though. He says the personnel dictates his system so hopefully he can adjust to the more offensive centric Capitals and at the same time get Holtby back on track.
