Whenever I think of new stadiums being built, I think of this. Just pathetic that a high school would spend 60 million on a stadium, only to find out they hired an architect that designed a stadium with structural problems. |

Did everything right? The damn thing should have never been contemplated, much less built! Sixty million dollars of education money spent on a high school stadium? That is insane! Just think what the school district could have done with that money if it were used for something like, you know, education. That's the black eye, Lance, you stupid shit!

Re: All things offseason discussion part II
This stadium is very impressive. I live in TX and have been there for a Friday night game. TX high school football is for real and is treated like a major event all across the state.
Oh, and yes, Allen has some VERY wealthy residents and this was a piss in the wind to build.

![]() ![]() Though from what I can tell the basic outlines for LAX and Soccer are much lighter during football season. Part of the reason I was pissed at the Redskins after the Seahawks playoff game was that virtually every High School in the area that I attended had installed field turf while one of the richest sport franchises in the world was dragging their feet with poorly maintained natural grass. Also speaking of video screens: ![]() Quote:

I still think the best option is to begin designating new positions. |
