Hard to argue with this. Even when Washington has had a winning record in recent years, there's been no rhyme or reason to how they got there. Losing to teams worse than them. Beating teams that you wouldn't expect them to beat.

That being said, I'd be pretty happy with anything over 7-9. If they manage 10-6, I'll be ecstatic.
