I go to work laughing my ass off at the tin-foil hat crowd and come back to see that it's still going strong. Brilliant!

Can a game be influenced by a Ref, manager/coach or player? Sure. Does it happen? Probably. Is it really, really, bad for the sports' "entertainment business" if it does? Yup. Because of that, when it is discovered do bad things happen to the cheaters? Yup.

[Last I checked - Pete Rose, Shoeless Joe, still banned from MLB HOF]

Is there some conspiracy by the Elders of NFL Zion to script the outcomes of any games? Bring something to the table beyond speculative conclusions based on convenient circumstances sited out of context (i.e. - A youtube clip is no longer viewable - I guess that is the only NFL related clip that's been removed in the last 10 years or so. Similarly, for every "magical" event cited there are hundreds of similar events in games each season at which no one bats an eye). Manipulated coincidences, Unsupported allegations and self-serving statements by exposed cheaters are the meat and potatoes of stupid people eager to believe bad things happen b/c shadow groups run the world.

Truly - conspiracy theorists are some of the best entertainment around. Unfortunately, the fact that initially makes them so damn funny - they take themselves so damn seriously - is the same thing that eventually makes them so incredibly tiresome. I feel like saying to them:

"Okay, Okay! That was a seriously funny joke the first six times I heard it. I mean, milk up my nose funny! However, its been six weeks, can you please stop shouting it at the top of your lungs every day during my lunch hour? Please?"
