As Redskins fans, we've been dealing with sub par quarterback play for the better part of 24 years. If all it takes is one more season for him to become whatever the definition of an elite pocket passer is, I think we'll survive as a fanbase.

I agree some level of patience is needed when talking about a 3rd yr QB learning a new offense. I'd actually say he's in year 2.5 due to the lack of a true offseason for him last year. That said I do expect him to play well this year and at a level high enough where he can be a difference maker.
