Jason Hatcher removed from PUP list

the hatcher signing reminds me of the cornelius griffin signing.

big DL guy from a NFC east rival, somewhat older but should still have 2-3 years of productivity ahead of him.

i liked what griffin did for us. not flashy (few Dl are), but playing at a level just below pro bowl and anchored our DL for a few years.

that is my expectation for hatcher, which i think he should have a higher ceiling and exceed.
