DC isn't having it. It'll most likely be in northern VA. I hope for your all sakes that the taxpayers don't foot the bill. Knowing Danny, he's going to sucker you all into buying his new house of cash.

Bingo and there lies at least one big problem , if the lease is broken at Fed EX the Skins are responsable for the cost of all the updated "infrastucture" not to mention it is like owning a home ,what do you do with Fed Ex ,sell it ,to whom ?
