Re: Week 1 Positives and Negatives

The funny thing about this whole Rambo conversation is that a lot of people here, and other skins fans in general, wanted to take Rambo in the 2nd or 3rd round. Some were freaking out when we got him in the 6th. I think a lot are remembering the "draft experts" having him a lot higher than the 6th round so still grade him out as if he went that high.

Jason Hatcher looks like everything Redskins hoped he would be

Let's talk about some Hatcher and the job he's doing.

He was a poor man's Watt in the Houston game. Got tired too quickly, but he's obviously a huge help when fresh. Honestly I wasn't expecting a lot out of him at age 32, so I'm quite pleased. Just sucks that his sack was taken away.

Fitz had all day to throw on that play. Where was the pass rush?

Re: Week 1 Positives and Negatives

Something I didn't realize until I read Haslett's quotes in this article is that both Cofield and Golston got hurt on Fitzpatrick's touchdown pass. Is that true? If so, no wonder Fitzpatrick had all day to throw.

Re: Week 1 Positives and Negatives

Positives:

We won in convincing fashion
Cousins looked great
The defense looked great
The coach called a great game

Negatives

Terrible injury to RGIII
Injury to DeSean Jackson
Awful call after RGIII's terrific pass - should have been reversed
