on the last possession for us .. we called two out patterns which is fine i guess. we had time on the clock and good field position so i thought we werent limited to sideline routes.

on the 3rd and 10, cousins puts the ball right where it needed to be for that play call but the corner just saw that same look the snap prior and made a great play.

4th and 10 - im curious to hear from garcon and cousins about this one. it appeared they werent on the same page. it looked like garcon cut off his route and cut into the open space. cousins threw it like garcon was not supposed to cut off his route. was this a read play? should cousins have read the same read as garcon and thrown into the open space? .. just a tough way to end a tough game.


i thought a screen play on the last possession would have been helpful .. or just more screens in general. since the run wasnt really working or making the pass rush hesitate for a second, some screens sprinkled in would have had the rushers at least thinking for a second before pinning their ears back.
