Re: Our Secondary

Foles was on his ass all day. No sacks but there was definitely a lot of pressure.

We must have watched different games. He have have been pressured some but the 2 QB hits definitely contradicts your statement about being on his ass all day.

Not sure what the league counts as a "hit", but he was definitely knocked down more than twice.

According to the stats the Eagles had no hits on Cousins. That makes no sense.

This hit for example was from Kerrigan, but he had no hits in the stats

I believe this is one of the hits that Orakpo is credited for. You can see he gets there slightly before Kerrigan.

A QB hit is defined as a play when the QB gets hit while throwing or immediately after throwing the football.
No idea to the subjectivity of how they gauge it.

I would say Kerrigan got there a split second before Rak on that one. can't pause the GIF, but if not before certainly simultaneously.

IMO we got some good pressure. The fail was Kerrigan. He was good and got in a few licks. But he was matched against a 3rd string tackle. He should have DOMINATED. Although Kerrigan has been playing well so it is hard to knock him, sometimes you need a player to dominate his matchup and Kerrigan didn't. Getting close wasn't good enough for him - he should not have gone sackless.

We won more with Vinny

Here is the thing. If Philly is going short passes and your DL/OLB KNOW they aren't going to get to the QB in time, shouldn't they be getting their hands up? That's a coaching issue.
