William's defense maybe garbage now, but as far as the Redskins go we have not had a strong defense since he left. The offense under Gibbs 2.0 was bad, the defense kept the team in games. This is completely demoralizing since you know the opponent will put up points and the offense has to be perfect and score every possesion.

That would kill his confidence. You saw how that affected Robert. You only do that late in the 4th. Shannahan did that to exact revenge on RG3. Gruden will help Cousins work through this learning experience.

To even be decent next year we have to hit on every draft pick, everyone has to make the team and at least contribute on special teams, and we need to have a few great signings that all turn into solid starters.
