Re: injuries

LOL, a so-called giants fan posting on a redskins board, with two pro-Philthy links, has the stupidity to question the fanhood of a redskins fan on a skins board. Bravo, g1, you really outdid yourself this time.

And you posted two links, about accusations from THE SAME GAME. Dishonest as ever, g1, guess you really are like the giants.

And from your own link: "Golston was one of a number of players to cramp up during the game — Eagles included. Cramping happens. We’re not saying there was no injury faking going on, but the truth of the matter is no injury will be assumed legitimate against Kelly’s offense this season unless you can see a bone sticking out of the person’s body."

And: "Jerry Jones, Cowboys accuse Giants of faking injuries to slow their offense" is in the article you link! LOL.

Meanwhile, those cheating giants.....

MNF 2011 Week 1 Giants faking injury

Article from 2013, more cheating giants

Cullen Jenkins vs cowboys

Found a cool gif of the well-known 2011 incident posted above:

Lousy stinking cheating giants. Just like their lousy stinking cheating owner Mara.

Re: injuries

What is Adam Carriker doing? If he is back we should look at him, I remember him being a really disruptive force on the DLine and I think he would sign back on the cheap, he still has a pic of him in a Skins uniform as his twitter pic.

Re: injuries

Does anyone else think that field condition might be a factor? Most of the Skins injuries are groin/ leg injuries and only 1/2 way through the Jax game you could see chucks and divots everywhere. It still looks green from far away but up close it looks like a mess.

Re: injuries

This isn't an injury thing but I find it hard to believe that neither Spencer Long or Morgan Moses can crack the starting lineup with who is ahead of him. Especially Moses

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

I am hoping they are going to use this long week to get them ready top start. But frankly I find it unlikely.

With the exception of about a dozen players, you have a bunch of scrubs. Mediocrity is the Redskins slogan for the past 20 years.

Obviously neither is good enough. Moses almost got KC killed when he came in the game.

Agreed. Although I would have agreed with the original comment -- how could Moses or Long be worse than Polumbus . . . until I saw Moses go in for Polumbus against Seattle. He was horrifically bad; not even a speed bump, which seems impossible for a guy of his size. No idea about Long, but if Moses got the nod over Long, that's a real indictment (although I think Long is more of a guad than tackle -- so I could be wrong about that).

It's important that Moses receives game experience.....he's a project.....you just know that he'll be far better in the future.

Watch this video, Instagram, looks like his legs are being played at 78 rpm speed (going old school reference!)

Re: injuries

I am really hoping Moses is not the second coming of Winston Justice. Even as a rookie, that was an embarrassment. He got yanked almost immediately (as he should have) so not sure it is a fair assessment. Hoping he just got stars in his eyes and will shake it off next time around.

The problem is that the same thing happens to Polumbus when he's paying attention.
