You see teams EVERY year get new coaches/coordinators and IMMEDIATE results... See the 49ers, Eagles and Cowboys... And now Giants... We have as much "talent" on defense as Dallas was supposed to have his year... They change coordinators and boom, they are incredible... Good coaches get immediate results... Bad coaches.. Make things worse...
