Re: Roy Williams talks smack about Santana Moss
We talked about it yesterday and Roy Williams already has it in his mind that he cannot let Moss get behind him, which if he is focused on that a little more that keeps his horse collaring ass out the box. Beat them deep and get the respect as an offense that is not 0 to 1 demensional. We have a threat and hopefully other teams after they paly us say next time he won't get behind us.

Re: Roy Williams talks smack about Santana Moss
I'd love to see a battle of the Safeties. Have acouple events like a football decathalon bewteen Taylor and Williams. There'd be some regular type events like 40 yard dash and maybe a high jump or something but I'd look foward most to the Red River competetition where they run straight at each other and try and knock each other down. I think Taylor might actually kill him in that competition. I mean literally Williams might suffer a broken neck in that one.

Re: Roy Williams talks smack about Santana Moss
Those are the words of a beaten man! For a long time to come will he think about that play, and it will ruin his day. Many times Jerry Jones will reach for one to many scotch's to wash those thoughts away. Dallas fans fans every where live in fear of losing to us at the nest meeting..........................PRICELESS!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Roy Williams talks smack about Santana Moss
Santana Moss is very dangerous. He doesn't talk a lot. He just beats the hell out of you with the "double step" and if you look at his first TD catch he ran a zig-zag type of pattern that confused the entire Cowboys secondary. I am most impressed with his ability to catch the ball in stride and continue to the finish. I just want us to get Thrash, Patten and Jacobs on the same page as Brunell so that we have more than one deep pass weapon.

You know Williams is going to be gunning for him in the next game..hopefully we can just burn him again.

Re: Roy Williams talks smack about Santana Moss
You can't hit what you can't catch. We got deep on them all game long and will do the same when they come to DC. Gotta respect Roy, but Gibbs and Brunell did a masterful job of not allowing Roy to get any big hits. I still ache from the hit Roy gave Coles last year, great job of gameplanning to avoid giving Roy those opportunities.
I'm not so sure that Mr. Taylor will take too kindly to Roy calling out Hurricane Moss. |

Re: Roy Williams talks smack about Santana Moss
Yeah we are acting like it is no big deal, but truthfully if we get down by 7 or more in the first half we might not be able to come back against SF. We HAVE to act like it's no big deal because losing that way rips the guts out of you. No matter what anyone is saying we are still bleeding all over the floor because we watched the Redskins beat us in the time it takes to finish a half pint of beer on a hot day. As much as Parcells tries to say that they are moved on to SF and will concentrate on the positive things in the Monday night game...pffttttt, I call bullshiat! If we don't win in SF, I think we will be hard pressed to go 7-9.
Conversely, if you don't beat the Seahawks the momentum from the Monday nighter will be gone. Definately not forgotten. |
