before last year he said he just wanted to win and wouldn't mind playing DE if that's what he had to do... he also said he saw what marvin lewis was doing and was sorry he was soo resistant to his plans at the time.
i think williams does use some 3-4 mixed in with everything else, but the base package is standard 4-3.
