The impression I'm getting from Lindsey's quote:
1) LaVar is still free-lancing and not doing what Gregg Williams is asking him to do.
2) LaVar doesn't fully understand Gregg Williams' scheme.
If that's the case, they are doing the right thing by not starting him IMO.
