If a future hall of famer safety (Rodney Harrison) says he's the best he's ever played against, I'd take his word with some serious weight. Also note, Harrison pointed out that he had played against Brady as well.

I feel fortunate to have watched the career of Peyton Manning, the best QB that I've ever seen with my own eyes (sorry Bob Waterfield).
It was great to see him break the record last night. No one is more deserving than Peyton Manning. Awesome player, class act.
