Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about anyone. Ive read so far today about Breeland not being that good, trading Garcon, trading Almo, the refs suck. They did but who gives a shit. FU Dallas! HTTR!

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
This is the luxury of playing a solid all-around game while beating your biggest rival, afterwards the only thing to bitch about is crap nobody should really care about. Sure beats "Cousins looks like shit" or "this team looks like they couldn't beat a D3 squad."

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
Thanks guys for the answer on the rules question with the link backing it up. I thought it had to do with the "attempt" to get up and get out of the end zone, was obviously wrong.
Been a good day tired, but a happy tired! |

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
Yes, thank you. I felt the same way Yellow31 did... the attempt to get out changed all that.
Obviously not quite the case. |

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
from PFT link:
"... It’s a strange rule. One team acquires possession of the ball in its own end zone, loses possession of the ball while in their own end zone, but suffers no consequence when the fumbled ball goes out of the end zone. ..." Not only no consequence is suffered, but you get the ball at the 20 :\ |

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
So what if McCoy comes out like gangbusters against Minnesota and we roll these fools?? I know he started off slow but really played a nice second half with no damn turnovers.

Jay is no rush at all to play Griffin. None at all

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
I honestly think they need to hold RG3 out until after the bye. Have him come in fresh for the Bucs game.

Let's run through each QB and the 3 key decision makers Griffin Snyder: Loves him. This is the franchise, the meal ticket. If Colt is playing well and winning the ONLY way RG3 takes the field is because of Snyder Allen: Indifferent towards him as a QB, but realizes he's $$ in the bank when he's on the field and playing well Gruden: Thinks RG3 is nowhere near ready to play football. And I'm not talking about physically, I'm talking about understanding and being able to execute the offense. That's why Jay keeps saying when Rob's "healthy and ready to play football" As in the doctors might clear him, but that doesn't mean he's ready to play Cousins Snyder: Probably wants him gone ASAP now Allen: Likes him, but sort of eh Gruden: So so on him as a person, thought he'd be the perfect QB to execute his offense for this year. Knows ceiling is limited though McCoy Snyder: Probably didn't even know who he was until yesterday Allen: Huge fan. Use to watch games with Jon back in 2009 and they'd talk often about Colt being the perfect WCO QB Gruden: Colt is far and away his favorite. Loves him as a person, loves him as a QB. So total package Colt is his favorite of the 3. But he and Colt both know his role on this team is at best solid #2 However, as long as Jay believes RG3 is not ready and Cousins has shat (shitted? shitten?) the bed then you ride that #2 until you can't no more. And it helps that Allen feels strongly about Colt too

I dont know, think RG3 only gets better with more time in the pocket running the offense. I really dont like this Dan guy being included with his opinions. That reeks of the past

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
Seriously, for any other reason other than he wants him healthy?
All this lip service from him in the media about griffin being the guy is just that? Sorry, but for a guy in Griffin who electrified this city and team just two short seasons ago can someone get him back on the track of being someone great like we all saw...

Re: Redskins Cowboys post game
It will be interesting to see if they start RGIII. Will be tempting to sit him and give another 2 weeks to heal. But if he's ready?
