Re: Redskins vs Vikings Gameday thread

Haslett gets too much credit for last week. All Dallas had to turn was turn left (or run the ball I mean).

@loudmouthfauth

I'd rather go through ebola quarantine, than watch RG3 suit up for the rest of the year

I don't agree, but it was funny as hell.

If Teddy hit the two wide opens for td's maybe a route the other way.

But it won't cause it's coached by Haslett. This has been ny gripe for years, inconsistency.

Re: Redskins vs Vikings Gameday thread

I feel like rg3 puts us in a better position to win. It was nice seeing Alfmo get open room to run, something that wasn't happening when rg3 was out. But mentally rg3 worries me. Game's on the line and you throw the ball in the dirt with a dead duck noodle throw when your WR has a shot at it.

Rg3 has all the physical gifts and is completely capable of still being a complete QB but dude crumbled when it counted.

Its his first game back in weeks so he gets a pass this week, also there were much more glaring issues on the defensive side of the ball, as this game shouldn't have gone into crunch time anyway.

Not sure how rust contributes to shitting the bed in crunch time though. I think by the end of the year there will be great doubt about griffs future here. Great doubt.

I think part of the problem lies in the fact that with top brass and egos and all, no one would want to admit that they bought a pig in a poke with RG3.

There are things he brings to the table that are impossible to ignore - the arm strength, natural athleticism, etc... But other issues that are concerning like the diva mentality, rumors of alienating himself from the team.

I think the rest of this season will really / hopefully put any doubts to rest on whether or not Griffin is THE GUY.

Exactly how I feel right now, offense runs better with him in game, but that 4th down throw was a total brainfart. Have to hope its rust, and the more he plays the more comfortable he feels. The offensive line struggles today didn't help things. I think its better to live or die with him, that way if he is a bust. You can't keep trying to make it work, the rest of the QBs are just backups. We need to know what we have.

Re: Redskins vs Vikings Gameday thread

Idk why anyone is surprised. We are 3-6 and haven't been able to get anything going all yr. Dallas was a fluke game but o well we'll finish 5-11 again or something like that
