Griffin has not lived up to his reputation and I'm starting to wonder if he ever will.

But I have not seen Jay Gruden do anything offensively to give us a strategic advantage other than launch it deep to DeSean Jackson. His version of the zone blocking scheme has resulted in sub-par running from Alfred Morris despite running behind mostly the same line as the Shanahans had. If anything this line should be better.

Pierre Garcon has turned from one of the most reliable receivers in the league into a complete afterthought.

Gruden's team was completely unprepared yesterday. And as for the matter of Griffin, his poor development falls at the feet of the head coach, like it or not. He was brought in to get Robert going in the right direction. He's going in the wrong direction.

I wouldn't make any rash moves. I'd keep Jay and Robert together through Robert's rookie contract. But if they don't both get it in gear then I'd completely clean house.

I'm completely unimpressed by Jay Gruden.

Agreed, kinda odd how little heat he's getting. He hasn't done anything to have our support or faith.

He's being taught properly. It's the QB not doing what he's supposed to do which is the problem.

Clearly Jay a) doesn't like RG3, b) doesn't have mich choice in who starts and c) wants to get fired.

Jackson should have had 300 yard 3 td game. In any world but Redskins world you would get benched for playing this basic. RG3 is a dud, no sense in standing by him.

No gotta disagree

Gruden can't keep discipline in his team, and he doesn't seem to be capable to making adjustments to improve the team's play.

He seems to think that all he needs to do is tell his players to do something and they'll do it.

This unending drama would have never happened under Gibbs

I don't think Gruden is the long term answer as head coach (3 seasons and out I think)

How do you explain Pierre Garcon going from one of the most reliable receivers in the NFL under the Shanahans to a complete after thought under Gruden? How do you explain the lack of improvement in special teams despite the obvious investment in them in the form of special teams specialists? How do you explain the lack of discipline with penalties, lining up wrong, receivers false starting on their own QB's hard count?

And Cousins. How do you explain him throwing countless INTs? Is he being careless, sure. But his coaches sure didn't make a positive impact.

This crap can't all be on Griffin. It's systemic. Gruden needs to show why he was hired and take this team by the balls and lead it. Like really lead it. He needs to be acting like Bill Parcells if someone pissed in his coffee.
