Mcvay was here the last couple years so i imagine he is telling gruden what kinda worked last year...

idk .. tough to ask a rookie HC to swallow his pride and vision and replace it with HS stuff that still wont win but make your star Qb look less horrible .... even if it is a mirage.
I dont really know what should be done but what I do know is that this isnt the developmental league, its the NFL. At some point this coach/organization has to decide if it wants to place more emphasis on developing a single player or on winning games because it seems at this point the two are mutually exclusive.
