I thought that Bruce Allen was brought in to help change the star system culture around here. If you give the so called star special perks, and he plays like Griffin has the last two years, it cannot have anything but negative ramifications in the locker room. There is a reason his teammates didn't nominate him captain - it's clear that he isn't held in the same esteem as he was by his own locker room.
