Gruden is a rookie Head coach. There is going to be growing pains. If we chose to get rid of him after one year. Well, it shows that this franchise will never learn to mold its own franchise and the win now attitude will never go away. Ill find another team after twenty years of loyal watching. Never missing a snap no matter the score.
I just cant continue to watch this fanbase and it staff cripple its legacy with this "go out and get this guy" approach if plan A doesnt work after 12 weeks in. So I hope Gruden stays for 2-3 more years.
