Re: RG3 and Gruden?
The part that makes me worried is how long it took to finally get rid of Vinny Cerrato...

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
There has to be a point where Danny wakes up and looks at this product (the team) and says it terrible. He has to wake up and see that the decisions HE is making is hurting this team. He needs a guy that is proven to know how to assess and acquire talent as his right hand.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
Good point but the difference between Jay and Joe is that Joe's team got better as the year went on. I have literally seen no improvement from week one to now, maybe even a decline.

I agree ,Joe did have a different team and different people evaluating talent for and with him I think that is the big problem.A coach any coach needs to have time to get his team together ,I don't think Gruden has had that chance yet .I watch that whole game yesterday and there were many players who looked like crap on different plays .Colt was getting killed and when RGIII came in he was getting hit also ,Gruden is coaching with what he has .

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
Yep. Gibbs cleaned up the stupid plays and unforced errors that he could not abide. Gruden hasn't cleaned this stuff up at all. Personally it's my biggest concern about Jay.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
The thing Jim Harbaugh could consider coming here is being closer to his brother John. That maybe something he might consider being closer to his family .

I agree with SFred, but also would not mind a guy like Bill Polian. He puts winners together.
