I'd just add ultimately it's his team, his money. If he wants to sit down with his first year HC and say tell me what you're seeing in RG3 so be it. I don't see why that's so crazy.

I think a smart man would say " I've screwed this organization up royally. I'm going to leave football stuff to the professionals".
