I'm surprised Wade Phillips doesn't get more consideration for HC
I think I'd love Rex Ryan here There are two names I know are at the top of a potential wish list. Won't name them now. One might really piss you off

A lot of RGIII issues are related to lacking confidence (playing scared since the ankle injury). Just look at his body language, he also needs to learn to play in the pocket. Around here they are
Comparing the 2 (RGIII & Kap)to not trusting their OL's.

I don't think this franchise under Snyder has ever had a plan, as far as team management. Except maybe that one time St. Gibbs was here, and we looked like a professional organization for once under Snyder, and there was a plan to have Gregg Williams succeed Gibbs as HC. Then Gibbs left, Snyder invited Williams for at least a couple days at his place, and..... oops.
