I'm with davy. It was a good call. RGIII lost possession before crossing the plane.
If RGIII had thrown a back shoulder rope, rather than a floater, to Reed on the play before, we'd have seven points and no ejected players.

 The penalties should have been enforced in the 1st half. Refs blew that portion.
