Heard on the radio the other day that he got a raise earlier this season - 3 year extension worth about $1.7 mil a year, among the higher end of coordinators. He's not taking another coordinator position anywhere, his next step will be to a HC position and it was said he's looking for the 'right' job, not just anywhere.
