Kirk is going to be a good QB. We are going to be sorry if we let him go and someone like Houston or Cleveland get him.

Define "good". My thoughts on Cousins are that his ceiling is like a 2012 Tony Romo.. Puts up good stats, maybe some exciting games but you can't really count on him. I'd say over a 8 year career, starting more than not, Cousins would probably average about 3500 yards, 26 TD 16 INT. Is that productive, yeah kinda but is that what you can win with?

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

Nothing wrong with that. Romo's been a real good qb for a long time. Now that Romo isn't being asked to win games, and he's got a good o-line, and a running game, he's in the discussion for MVP. Regardless of who the QB is, this is exactly what we need to do.

For all the gamblers: FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | QUARTERBACKS 2014

Most, if not all of Kirk's really bad play came at times in the game when we were behind, trying to mount a comeback.

He played outside the system and tried to be a playmaker. He also didn't recover well from bad play. All of this is in his head.

He has the ability to make the right read and throw the ball downfield in tight windows.

His biggest problem isn't ability, but rather psychological. He is the most coachable QB on the roster today.

Not sure why this is so hard for some fans to understand. Even going back to his college days, his td to int rate is better than 2 to1. Kirk has a lot of work to do, but he at least deserves the chance to compete for the job.

Jim O'Brien will straighten him out just like the Texans. He will become our other Trent Green.
