I do agree with everybody that thinks that Wade would be a good hire for DC. He would be. It's a smart hire, and one I would make.

On if the rest of the defensive staff remains in place:

We will start the defensive coordinator search later today and start exploring some names and bring in some people for interviews but Jay will make those decisions later on.”
