Robert first needs to realize that his career is in jeopardy. Then he needs to focus on doing exactly what Gruden wants him to accomplish over the off-season and nothing else - and I mean nothing else, including vacations, promotional appearances, etc. If he can, he needs to cram three off-seasons worth of work into one.

RGIII needs to change. As long as he works for Jay Gruden, he needs to do what he is told to do as a professional QB by his boss - and only his boss. Then maybe, just maybe, he'll have a shot at one day becoming the NFL player he no doubt hopes to become.

Meanwhile, Kirk Cousins will be working his tail off to get better in Gruden's system.
