It's not about just qb. It's all about who you're talking about at qb, on Defense, at Safety - who's Athletic and a Ball hawk. You can't just talk about the description of the player or a worse a unit (like Defense).
Yes, Safety is a need. But so is quarterback. Which player at #5 overall would fit the description of what you want at safety. Collins? and how sure are you?
