The DS wants to win. Hopefully he continues to spend more money on operations and infrastructure. There is no reason why we should have one of the lowest scout payrolls or poorly maintained facilities or crap food for players or a long list of other things he has gone cheap on in the past.
5 years ago the Orioles weight lifting facility for training camp was literally equipment placed outdoors under a white temporary tent you see at outdoor weddings. Now with a new facility they are the reigning AL East champs!
