I heard Allen talking the other day and I just had to turn him off. To me he's just beyond incompetent. He should just do the contracts, the alumni stuff and never be heard from again. I was really hoping when Bruce arrived he would become more of a buffer between Dan and the football stuff...each year he has slowly become just another Snyder yes man. His last 2 years have been particularly bad, which is terrible because he had taken a stronger leadership role within the org.
