if you sign a 16m guaranteed deal with another party, you just can't back out of it afterwards because you changed your mind. not without mutual consent - otherwise it's not a contract at all, it's just at will employment. I highly doubt RGIII's agent let the skins put in any kind of team option clause, cause then it's not a guaranteed contract at all.
