Serious question because I don't think he does. I think he and Gruden are peers in the reporting hierarchy, both reporting to Allen. Allen might ask McLoughan what he thinks but I am pretty sure Allen retains the decision making on the head coach. __________________ God made certain people to play football. He was one of them.
