played with in the NFL outside of the limits. Teams have tried to spy on each other in the NFL since 1920. Kind of like when colleges get caught gifting things to players and doctoring grades, everyone freaks out and is shocked. News flash, they all do it, some are just better at hiding it. |

I also think it is hilarious that the NFL/ESPN decided to release all this information after the deflategate news. |

Agree ,I still think 90% of all the hate for the Pats is jealousy.

I think it is widely believed that they cheat, I think people who leave the organization admit cheating and word gets around. So if you are the NFL and don't care about cheating then you can ignore it, but if you want to keep the integrity of your games then you have to go after the Pats.

Exactly, this was not just about deflategate. Every team doctors the footballs; it's the accumulation of past transgressions. |

I have no issue with cleaning it up but a good commissioner knows how to fix problems in the shadows. If you want to fix a marriage, you don't go to the media and call her an alcoholic whore, you talk about it privately. Goodell did nothing to improve the leagues image, he only devalued it by dragging the sports biggest star through the mud without considering the implications and without having his act together. |

Re: NFL Training Camp thread!
There are teams doing each one of those things in the league. The difference is that BB is doing them all..

So is it cheating if when the opposing team is playing in your stadium and you open the main field access door to create a cross wind ?

Is there a specific rule about that like there is a rule about the PSI of game balls and NOT taping signals? Because those 2 things are in the NFL rule book.
